Staff Training
We believe that our employees, including project managers, foremen, machinery operators, safety officers and technical personnel etc, are valuable resources of our Group. The ability to retain current employees and attract new talents have become a key to maintain our leading position in the highly competitive construction industry. We provide various on-the-job training to our employees with different needs and strengths.
Internal and external training
Internal training courses and seminars conducted by our senior management teams are provided regularly to all staff to reinforce their engineering and technical skills. Subsidies are provided to staff of different departments to enroll external training or professional courses to enhance the knowledge and skills in aspects of design, environmental protection, operation and safety etc.
