Pipe Pile & Grout Curtain

Brief Introduction

Pipe piles are similar to sheet piles in the term of function. They are designed as temporary retaining wall or cofferdams erected to enable subsequent temporary or permanent works, such as bulk excavation and pile cap works. Pipe piles are generally used when boulders and hard materials are expected to encounter along the installation length, which makes installation of sheet piles difficult. Pipe piles are installed by hydraulic drilling rigs.
